Just got into a 2 lane onramp race with a new Toyota Tacoma. Guy surprised me, from a 10mph roll we got on it and it took me until at least 60mph to have enough room to get over (thought my lane ended but it didn't). By 100mph when I noticed his headlights drop near the end of the onramp I had at least 5 or 6 cars on him. Just had me worried on the uphill start of the race.
Don't know what they run, but they must be fast enough that this guy was confident he could stop me from passing him in the right lane.

Tacoma or Tundra? Tacoma = V6 1/4 ton, Tundra = V8 186 ton if you ask Toyota marketing or their owners.

Tacoma. I had to go to Google to verify because I couldn't read the badges at night. Also didn't sound like a V8 when he was WOT. Trust me, like I said I was surprised that he hung as well as he did. Guy didn't even have a aftermarket exhaust so he had to be stock. Thing was quick to about 60mph then it quickly started falling back. Steep gears maybe.

He's spraying to do it too.....with a cam....I'm not, and my engine is stock.
His car run good. You can spray your way to almost anything. If you want to compare there is a cam only guy on here that sprayed his way to the 9's. I don't and won't spray....I think it's gay.

I will say that im not that far behind you with just a baby cam and NA. If i did "CREATIVE WEIGHT REDUCTION
" id say we'd be a damn good race.When I do get a clean pass on the bottle better believe id be runnin quicker than an 11.1...@ full weight.
FYI I know of several of our H/C boats that have a race weight of 3500-3600lbs that run quicker than your 3000lb tin can.
