LS3 Impala SS VS '12 Grand Sport Vette Ran into a 2012 grand sport corvette the other night, it was a 6 speed and all he had done to it was have the exhaust valves stay open all the time. Well after staying with him while he was trying to move through traffic he wanted to do a real pull to i guess show me how much faster his new Vette was then my grandpa looking Impala.
We pulled onto the highway and decided on a 40mph roll. He honked three times and we both took off, 40 to 120 before catching up to traffic ahead. Keep in mind he has a 6 speed and was waiting in 2nd gear for me while i was just rolling along in overdrive, and the car had to downshift when i hit it.
The result... 40 - 120 my front bumper stayed at his front tire the entire run! He didn't know what hit him lol That was the first real race i had with the new motor installed. Not bad at all for a 4300lbs grandpa car lol

The kid didnt know what hit him, he took it well tho lol and now I've got a new car to cruise around with. The best part is my car is still on a safe tune. I cant wait to get back on the dyno to set this thing on kill!
