Default Finally the videos of El mero maro vs Chrismikeb
My mods are 2010 camaro SS L99. Straight pipe and a tune ONLY .... No bolt ons nothing .... Only those two mods

Chrismikeb mods: headers, lid, 6speed, ls6 intake, cutback, and he is not sure if it's tuned, which most likely it is but who knows

40 roll first run

it was an 02 camaro right? ls6 intake is stock not a mod.

So your Camaro is basically stock with a tune IIRC. You raced a header only LS1 and the races looked very close which is what all of us tried to tell you would happen several weeks ago. BTW it looks like in the second vid he was a little ahead of you. Either way good runs but need to work on the camera work.

So a intake/exhaust LS1 fbody beat you but the cammed/full bolt on GTO couldn't?

Yea makes sense to me.

Huh??

I beleive you get gains from the stock ls1 intack to a ls6 10 hp???

He was riding solo ... I had a 220 pound passenger, and i still beat him. The only one he beat me was from a 40 roll and i guess gtos are slower

look like he one the first run and teh second. Then by way he stopped in teh 3rd video looked like he hit the brakes. And who cares you had a passenger. That your fault. And no GTO would be faster for sure.

If it is an '02, LS6 intake isn't a modification. They rolled off the factory assembly line with them already on.

Was Helen Keller driving the gto? When you guys raced, because the fact the lid and headers camaro beat you shows that gto was junk

it looked dead even with the Fbody coming around on you on the top end 2 out of the 3 the last one it looked like he got out of it sooner

That's what it looked like to me too. The last run I missed 4th, clutch pedal got really soft. Either way our cars are pretty evenly matched.
