Ya, fast cars are fast cars, there is no other way around it. Even though i am very GM loyal, ill give credit were its due. I personally like the new 5.0. Will i ever own one? Absolutley not. Cant handle that kind of ignorance on a daily basis. I currently own

GTO
70 SS Nova
73 RS camaro
90 lifted jeep
2003 4x4 QC cummins, some work done to it
2000 Tiburon (DD, 35+mpg`s)
89 camaro rs that i swapped a 6.2 into

I have a little bit of everything, and i like them all as toys. I used to have a bronco that i liked very much aswell.

Im a car enthusiast, and i love power no matter what its from.

The thought of L/T has cross my mind even though I was ticketed for them last Oct. I already paid to smog the car and paid the ticket. I could have someone help me do the instal and smogging it again with L/T shouldn't be an issue. I know someone who knows someone.

I have driven a 2010 mini S and up top they pull pretty good better then I expected and they handle pretty good too .. IMO it felt faster then the colbalt ss (supercharged). Those srt4 calibers are pretty quick too ! I rented one for the day and it was pretty quick, it was a 2011 6spd ..

Number one, I'm sorry you have to live in Cali. Too many liberal tree huggers for me. The largest debt in the nation also. Taxes going through the roof.

I've been in a similar situation and twice I let them pass me and never pressed the go fast pedal cuz I just didn't care. However there was one time in which some asswipe passed me and whipped into my lane just as traffic was hammering the brakes. I hit the brakes pretty hard and the car in back of me almost rammed me. I got in front of that moron and lit up the tires throwing enough rubber on his windshield that he was forced to turn on his wipers. BIG MISTAKE! He had to have huge smear marks from that hot rubber. Wasted a bit of my MT drag radials but it was definitely worth it.
