2012 Corvette GS vs 1999 Camaro SS prediction This kid wants to race me in his dads 2012 Corvette grand sport stock automatic . Well be racing from a 40 roll anyone have any experience racing this car with a similar setup to mine? or any predictions

I dont have the mods you have but to give you somewhat of an idea, im full bolt ons with a 75 dry shot at the time i was able to pull 1- 1 1/2 cars on a 2011 A6 Vette from 50-116-118mph, it was not a GS the regular one 1LT option which is lighter but not by a whole lot, also this thing had maybe 2k in miles. They are blazing fast to say the least and the one i raced was BONE STOCK. On a 75 shot i was probably less then you to the wheels not sure on a dry hit im sure i was atleast pushing 400rwhp hit good and hard and i shifted good as well so no excuses if i wouldve lost.

Those things are no joke
I ran one(non GS) with bolt ons and got him by a tenth but he outrapped me and was stock!!! I went 11.8s that day I believe

Ive driven stick and auto, the only place the auto has an issue is about 25mph after that on at pretty much any speed you hit the gas that thing downshifts and just takes off, its just amazing how it pulls and then you say to yourself ive driven a Z06 damn how much faster is the Z06 if this thing hauls and then when you drive a Z06 you just laugh. Gotta hand it to GM were else can you buy a car with this much motor stock. Ford is coming up but i think of a vette in a different league not that its all that but all around its just a tad better, lol.
