oops.
yea i would definately go a colder plug and gap them at .037. all that buildup is from detonation.

It's not detonating on 24 degrees of timing on ethanol on good plugs, it's just not possible, hell the car needs 6-7 MORE degrees of timing. It was bucking on the ride home though, and thats probably where the cottage cheese is from, after the initial meltage. Tune in progress, like anything else. The other 6 plugs look perfect.

You cant buy parts, bolt them on, and make these cars work. Little more to it.

I know a few mustangs that run 11.8's that are around the 600whp mark. LOL..

I think i got the SS guy to put some smaller rims on his car instead of trying to use the 20" rims with just DR's.

No, what he has is a extremely well thought out combo with tons and tons of effort and knowledge put into it to get it right the first time. I can tell you now that if he looked over YOUR setup he would rattle off a list of things you have to do that would not be weight loss. Starting with dumping those ginormous rims and tires of yours and going with a real set of rims, in the 15-16" range.

Hey wait a minute: I thought mustangs were the car that you COULD just bolton **** and make it work? I've been lied to!!
