Looking to get a garage queen/weekender
So ive been looking for a while.
Right now i have a budget up until approx 25,000 to spend for a nice weekender that will be mind and respectively low mileage (under 45000 miles)
Which should i go with?
99 ish Dodge Viper RT10 or
2002 Collectors T/A?
6 speed only
Help me decide, thanx

Good kill?
I sure hope no one in here would want to pay $20+k for ANY f-body. I know I wouldn't, regardless of the miles
I'd agree with others and say C5Z, but I'm pretty biased towards GM > Dodge. Naturally

I wouldn't do either.
20+K for an Fbody is just silly, regardless of miles/condition IMO.
Do you really want a 14 year old Viper?
You can have a brand new 5.0 for a few K more, a sick Terminator, a C5 Z06, and a few decent European cars for the same $$.
Or you could put it down as a deposit on a '13 GT500.

Domestic only or domestic/import?
I would recommend a C5 Z06, MK IV Supra, Terminator Cobra as primary cars. Also if you like something you can take the lady in you can also look at an older CTS-V or an E46 M3.
A Viper GTS at that price point is probably trashed. I wouldn't go with a Viper less than a GTS tbh.

I wouldn't do a Terminator personally...(here it comes)...lol. If i had to get a Terminator i would swap the Heater out for a turbo kit from Hellion(http://www.hellionpowersystems.com/)!! I hang with the Southern Maryland Cobra club and after the first good run they have to wait and let their cars cool down. Which is fine but i want to keep running without the wait and thats only with a good turbo setup. OP, i just re-read your first post and are those your only options? either a Viper or a TA? there are a few other platforms you make into a nice weekend monster...
