Very awesome little truck, now put a big single turbo on that 5.3

BTW, what speed were the runs at and did you just stick it in 3 with the converter unlocked and floored it or did you manually shift 2-3?

nice truck. I like it. But rather then do a turbo... id up the cam a bit, PRC 2.5 5.3 heads, Fast intake, and any other little bolt ons. A 450whp H/C s10 would be awesome!!

It's defiantly an option. Speed from 50 to 110 or so. I left it and drive and let the ss3600 do the work.

What are you putting in it? 5.3, ls1, 6.0, 6.2, 7.0!?

This is exactly what I'm leaning toward. Looking to get Patrick G to spec me out a larger cam to go with a budget set of heads along with Tony M porting out my FAST 78. I'd really like to trade the iron block out for the aluminum 5.7. Larger displacement and 75lb weight savings sounds damn good to me.
