Supercharged/E85 FRC vs 600+whp Turbo Hatch Quick run from tonight, my buddies SC/E85 LS1 C5 vs a 600+whp Turbo B series civic... 50-150ish

He must have been on a low boost setting and spinning bad through all five gears. Turbo Civics can't be beat.

Impossible = We all know a 300whp Civic owns everything, so a 600+ would have been missing from the video after it caught traction (faster than light). The Corvette won, therefore, the Civic must have been on a low boost setting and still lost because he "spun his *** off"

Added a fly by video to the 1st post...
Yea he has boost by gear and all that good stuff, he was on a pretty small tire though. Supposedly (From his friends mouth) the EXACT same engine/turbo setup ran 9.8 in another shell, then he swapped it into this one... On the current setup the Vette made 740ish @ 12psi, backed it down to low low 700s.

Ryan07 you are indeed a retard, thanks for the confirmation. What in the hell did i say in my first post that would make you think i wanted the civic to win. I stated the obvious.....civic spun bad...only a idiot couldnt have noticed that absolute fact. Didnt mean anything but that and i said good kill to the op, so why take a stab at my responce when there was nothing to stab at. Retards on here are groing at a alarming rate, i guess your not getting your daily dose of waxing 14sec anything civics and beating your chest thinking you accomplished somthing good. oh well, he is on a mission...ryan please continue.

Oh and good Kill op. good thing you got the kill because the lil civic is sitting in a repair shop like they all do after 6-7 months. Its just my opinion but and car that just cannot grip no matter what they do at 50-60-70 mph is worthless imo. with how that civic spins a 13 second 1/4 car would beat him.

I am not a one car fits all kind of person. I enjoy seeing people make different cars go fast. I also like seeing the underdog win. But I do get tired of people that make excuse after excuse why a car didn't win (especially for a FWD car) "he'd halve won if he had traktion", maybe, but he didn't. I also get tired of people that say, "I'd still rather have a CAMERO other then that Veron, and makes my car faster then that Veron too and still halves money left over". <--- that is a lot of V8 owners.

Even spinning those things are dangerous lol, I remember a couple years ago a local turbo K series hatch literally spinning by my buddies GTR at 100+mph. GTR was making 700+ and trapping mid 140s back then. I can dig up the video if anyone is really interested in seeing a car "spin and win" lol.

My buddy told the civic to try and find some good size DRs and he will be down to run it back. Should be a good run if he can hook, if the civic is down to try it again ill post up the vid.
