Im asssuming the race gas is just for safety right? Does that even count as a mod?

I do the same thing with mine since I havent just went and got a standalone yet. I keep mine in a 5 gal. container in the car though so I don't waste it. It kills me when people are like you're s/c, using nitrous, and RACE GAS TOO!!! When the only thing it's in there for is a piece of mine, it's not making me any more power while spraying it.
