Default Battle of the Titans

My 1992 Jack Nicholas edition Lincoln Town Car with an 01' PI swap and true duals with o/r H. Untuned. Running rich. Against a buddies 07' police interceptor. Which has 3.27's and a posi. God damned cheater I tell ya. When I get my steeda timing adjuster and the the fuel sorted out I think I can get him on the big end.

I was rooting for the Jack Nicklaus edition Town Car but the mighty Police Interceptor Crown Vic takes the thrown.

Never in a million years would I have thought I'd choose sides on an automobile race due to the fact that I own a set of Golden Bear golf clubs

lol, its dark green with a white landau top and white leather. It only runs 18* timing at WOT but I don't really spend more than 0 dollars to fix that haha.

I can see why most police departments kept the old LT1 Caprices for as long as they could!

NPI? I hope you have quite a bit of aftermarket stuff... the best thing I ever did to my '98 GT (not that I did much) was the PI intake manifold/cams.

nice vids!

Some of you guys might think that crown vics are real dogs, but as well as this thread is posted, i want to show you all a few videos of how fast some of those "titans" can be:

So a few years back, i got me an 03 crown vic, from a taxi driver, bitch had 338K original miles that kinda burned oil under heavy acceleration. No bullshit that thing was quick for what it was....

Only performance mod it had was Spectre cone filter, thats it... ****, my current stock 85 isnt that quick, and all it has is a legitimate CAI

0-60 : stopwatch recorded 5.5-5.7 secs

I'm sorry but there isn't a snowball's chance in hell a stock vic is doing 5.5 to sixty. These are 16 second cars. 225-250 crank and 4100+ pounds. That speedo was off, it was modded or it did that driving off a cliff.

edit: I just watched all the recommended videos after your video finished and saw probably 10+ speedo video of your same year doing 8-9 seconds to sixty.
