Default Bye Bye BMW

Sitting at a light in my CTS-V and a M3 pulls up with hard braking next to me. Light goes green, I take off normally, he goes WOT to show me some taillights. Bad plan. I deck it, and by the time I hit 70 mph (where I lifted, speed limit is 50) I had pulled bus lengths on him. I slow up to allow him to come along side, but he won't, staying 3-4 cars back.

Bet that humble pie you shoved down his throat tasted like crap. Now he's gone back to his Beemer forums asking everyone what happened because no doubt everyone there said a M3 should beat a CTSV.

So what's done to your V? Basic boltons and pulley?

Upper pulley, 160 thermostat, K&N flat filter in stock cut open airbox, and a tune. About as basic as you can get.

There are a few fast BMW's in town, that would take my CTS-V down. But, unfortunately for that M3 owner, his wasn't one of them.
