So my 535 rwhp CTS-V got beat by a Honda CRX
Yep, from 45 to about 125 he pulled me by a car. Sorry no video.
His car is gutted, no interior, hood, etc. it weighs less than 2,000 pounds and is running a built motor with a turbo, don't know the boost level.
Afterwards he said he was surprised I hung that close.

Same thing in my area, guy name Santos built a turbo a Honda???? (what ever), took down a H/C/I C5zo6, the z06 pulled on him then, honda pulled right by him. The guy sold the z06 the next week. He now has a C6z06 and I was told it would be a diff story but the honda was sold too.

Hmm, his cars probably not making more then 350 if it is 2000lbs. My car is a pig in the honda world, 2600lbs, and with 370whp I stay door to door with 500+ bolt on/pulley cobras.

By 1 car length... 45 to 120... a car with no interior, no hood, no nothing. basically a tin can... vs a car with full leather interior, heated seats... I don't even see how you could chalk it as a loss. 1 car length and you have a full interior with everything... and in the much better looking car. I think given the option to ANYONE, they'd choose the V.

Don't get me wrong... a race is a race. He took the loss.
But seriously... a fully gutted racecar vs full interior, full weight by 1 car.
Cmon now... Ju1ce's Buick Regal beats GTRs by 1 car length, and I don't see anyone lining up to buy Regals out here.
