Finally have something to post after years of lurking. (be gentle)

Driving home from shopping I see burnt orange LS2 GTO goes past and throws a rev. I instantly get excited and hope for a run. I shift down and let him know I'm game. We fool around for a few (cat and mouse type ****) till we get a open stretch and slow down to about 45. I start the honk but he jumps on the second beep by a car. I followed suit and stopped his pull and pulled maybe 1-1/2 cars when I shut down about 100-120ish. I followed him off the freeway and asked him if he wanted to get some runs in at the local spot.
He declined, said it was too hot because idiots wanting to do donuts on the freeway.

My charger has heads cam and mufflers
his GTO had at least exhaust (sounded sick).
If he's in here I would love to get some runs in I haven't had any REAL action since I got my car back together.

Yeah I agree, I raced a LT1 on 26"s a week ago. I was desperate.

Yeah it's been about 4 months for me. LOL I wasn't sure I even put it together right since I had nothing to test it on.

I think I know who's car it was. He has intake, headers, and a tune. His best at the track was 13.2 I believe. Sweet looking GTO for sure.

I can believe headers. His car screamed. I couldn't hear my horn over it.

I actually had my iPhone ready to record,
But I never got the PCM update so my trans don't upshift on its own.
Leave it in drive it won't go down to second. (I'm sure I don't have to explain this to you tho)

And keep quiet about the car seat mod. Don't want everyone stealing my secret.

Besides this weekend (taking the carseat to San Diego)
I'm pretty free any day after 7pm.
I drive from Oakland to Fremont daily.
