Nice truck you have there.

As no surprise, not impressed by the performance of the ZL1 or GT500

Not impressed with the new ZL1 at all. GM definitely disappointed us with their "hype" of it

Good job, What kind of power are you making and weight? The KB GT500 rolled out hard. And the 13 pulled pretty good also. First run you crushed the ZL1.

OP, you have a sweet looking/running little S-10.

I can understand not being impressed by the ZL1, but the GT500's looked like they ran pretty hard, as they should have. OP's truck looks like it's no slouch either.

I did as well. That thing is a monster for being stock.
Here's one I just saw put down some damn good numbers with just a tune.
636 SAE Corrected:

That's a fat torque curve! I know they're heavy but with that kind of power they're a force to be reckoned with.

Power:
Weight: 3650 with me in it.
That Stg. 3 KB GT500 is no joke!
Can't wait to run that ZL1 again. He was boasting big time about the second run but has no idea how bad that bottle pressure dropped. That was probably my 10th hit on a 10lb bottle. Thinking it's time for a refill.

I'm super impressed by the 2013 GT500, but I mean come on man - for how much automach1 talks up the older GT500s, I figured one with a 2.8 KB would freight train the truck worse. Like light year and galaxies away

I'm going to need some more displacement and a larger shot to take down that KB

nice runs man!! wow 3650?! i would have thought you'd be closer to 3000. I guess the new body style s-10s are way heavier than my 2600 pound 1st gen s-10. but still, that thing rolls out!

Thanks and yea that's with me in it. I'm sure these heavy steel wheels, fully powered blazer seats and amp/sub don't help...need to put her on a diet.
