if it has headers and exhaust, prob a tad over 500whp....however that doesnt mean **** if its a stock GTO with just those parts. My 450whp NA SETUP GTO laid a beating on a few bolt on procharger kitted GTOs. GTOs went through the same **** the fifth gen did when they first came out...

agreed about the GTO going through the same thing. i can't watch the videos at work anymore...but did the GTO give that GTR a run for its money or something?

The Procharged GTO is rumored to be near 600rwhp. It is a forged motor that is supposed to be on 6 psi. I like it being a Goat owner. That I know. I can’t confirm the condition of the car or ability of the driver.

"GTR Kid's" GT-R is bone stock to the air filter without a doubt.

if its just a GTO with an exhaust and a pulley on a d1... i can believe it... you have no idea how many 500+whp procharged GTOs ive seen not be able to trap into the 120s... like i said... years ago, they were the fifth gen. Until people starting realizing HP isnt the key to making heavy cars fast

Well, I don't no anything else about the Procharged GTO other than it's is forged and is supercharged. The rest is word of mouth. The superior launching ability of the GT-R was obviously at play.

The GTO supposed power figures could have came by way of a happy dyno. The GTo could have been heat soaked. I don't know, I feel there should have been plenty power on tap to pull that GT-R even or down. However, it didn't happen.

All I can do is present what happened. There may be more runs with the GT-R later.

Well a stock 2013 GT-R makes 545HP and is a high 10 second car trapping in the mid 120s from the factory. A goat would need quite a bit more power to pull a GT-R given all the advantages the GT-R driveline has...

We both know your 600 would beat him at least to 100mph if not farther. Guy wasn't very good at street racing.

A 500rwhp GTO is a high 10 car running in the mid 120's. A 600rwhp GTO should be in the 130's and low 10's. "In a perfect world...." Reality is, a fool proof GTR is always gonna run like they are supposed to while all other cars have to work hard at running near it's ideal times/numbers.

You know what, when I drove the GT-R. It felt like some kind of a video game. There was no work to do. The car felt very isolated from the road but yet turn on a dime. Smooth and little noise. The braking power was amazing for the weight of the GT-R! The seat was a little narrow for me but thats my fault. Eating too good.
