you guys think i can beat this?? my buddy just gotta 01 or 02 mercedes slk 230 kompressor. he tells me how its a small two seater so its really light, and supercharged. nothin done to it though. i have a 94 trans am with slp intake and borla exhaust.. not very fast. but he wants to race for alittle money. i just wanna go for fun. but if i can take him, and hes so confident, hes askin for me to take some of his money. h etalks wayyy too much trash about it... so what do you guys think???

you'll take him. they are turds. They are actually heavy for their size. They have all the leather and saftey **** on there that weighs them down. I have driven one and they shift like ****. You'll take him.

alright i hope so.. my car isnt really that fast though.. im sure im in the low 14's prolly.. maybe even mids. this summer ill have some money for lt's maybe and a tc. but hopefully i have enough for now

Kick the dog turds out of him! Even if you were a v6 you could still beat him. I have driven a few of those things and the are TURDS, supercharged or not.

Btw, I would personally tell him you will race for no less then $500 .... go out, buy yourself a nice nitrous system, install it, and race him. After you walk all over him and take his money, you will have gotten a free nitrous system, which you can have sitting in your room incase you ever need it again (not speaking from experience).

well then i feel semi-confident. but if you say they run low to mid 14's. thats prolly not far off of what my car will run. so im still unsure. i thik i'll be able to take him fom a dig. i'll let you guys know how it goes when it happens. thanks fo the posts and let me know if you guys think of somethin.
