Hooking on a prepped track and hooking on a street airport strip with some pimp juice is totally different.

I personally know who built the engines of a few of these cars. Hrnson Race engines did. I know Michael and his family pretty good. He mention they have tried to get Larry Lawson to race and he eouldnt do it. He mentioned everyone talks **** in internet etc but no one ever shows up. Or if they agree to go somewhere no one wants to race for real money.

Yeah it's hype. I'm sure they are fast cars, i'm sure there are other fast cars, but i've been around enough of these types to know that ego and hype go hand in hand like the fat dudes wearing hoodies. It's just part of the game. On a side note when I saw the show my first instinct was like. yep fat white guys wearing hoodies and beanies. This is legit.

I have the fastest street car in the world, come see me in Yemen, and I will prove it. Thats basically what these guys in okc are doing, calling people out to come to them, if they were the fastest in the country they would do the traveling.

I for one like the show... Staged, faked or not... It's still cool to see a show about racing... Better then the other reality **** on TV... Especially since speed TV went NASCAR and now went under all together..

I'm glad discovery stepped up and did something a little "risqué"..

Hell if anything, maybe we'll see some people blow some **** up.

Impressive cars for sure. My favorite, albiet not the fastest, is definitely the farm truck. I get a kick out of that thing launching.
