??Really??
Do people really believe this is going to be a factory car? All the fanboy comments are ridiculous!

....it says 2014 cobra jet. I didn't know they could predate vehicles years in advance! They must have a hot tub time machine...

Go to your local Ford dealer and order one. How fast it is depends on which way you order it.

Factory built quality that you can buy as a race car and there are specific classes for it in quite a few racing organizations now ie. ADRL, NMRA and NHRA to name a few.

The fanboi's always jump on the interwebz to spew chit about these cars because they will never own one. IMO, I like that Ford and GM are offering the Cobra Jet and COPO cars again - it's a great rivalry.
I won't however, be a Nutswinger of either brand claiming the Cobra Jet or COPO is the be-ALL, end-ALL car. Factory built, yup, streetable, not legally - which leaves it entirely out of comparisons to other VIN identifiable street legal cars.

I can understand that to an extent but when brought into the competitive arena, I'd rather it be someones garage built car than something someone put ink to paper for. Like going to a car show and to see someone enter their window stickered brand new corvette. I guess i'd rather be on the grassroots motorsports side of the fence. BTW, i'd have a totally different outlook on this car if it could be legally street driven.
