6speed Lt1 vs 2012 mustang So we have a car club at my high school. Finally, me and the other fastest person at school raced. Everyone agrees that we are the 2 fastest at school so we wanted to find out who is the single fastest.
My car: '97 LT1 M6, ttop, spec clutch, Lingenfelter Cai, Mac Mids, stock exhaust with flow master muffler, founders LCA's with relocation brackets.
His car: 2012 Mustang v6, auto, exhaust, K&n air intake, throttle body spacer, tune.
Races were from 50 roll, to around 110. I shot ahead both times winning by 2-3 car lengths or more.
So I am supposedly the fastest at school

Around here most kids have their parents buy them a brand new Kia or get lifted trucks. There are very few of us that actually care about our cars and try to work and get money to build them. There actually is a 2006 charger rt with bolt ons, I'll probably race him next.

When most people drive something that would be lucky to break a 15, high 13 sec cars seem super fast. I had a low 13 second lightning for most of high school and most people would've said it ran 9s. Got my *** chapped pretty good from a roll by a C5Z though
