c6z much lighter, HP nearly equal. gearing also? the big cubes cancelled out the TT this time. look at the difference in trap speed stock v stock. JUst because the mighty gtr has AWD let us not forget how fast the C6z can run the 1/4 with equal traction. pretty amazing the 2nd best vette tops the best they got... mighty proud to be in the LS family

i think thirty years down the road, when we're at classic car shows, the Z06 is going to be revered like the old Hemi's of the 60's. "if you ran one of those you better..." lol

With equal traction, the Z06 loses from a dead stop. Also the difference in trap speed between a Z06 and GT-R isn't that great. This race the outcome is expected because both cars are out of their optimal gear which means the lighter bigger cube car won the race. If both raced in the optimal gear and/or optimal roll speed the outcome would be different.
