Hmmm so Ford does it differently? Cant say that about them. They gave their customers a powertrain that can produce much much more than its "engineered" HP. Guess its Ford>GM in this aspect huh little hammer?

Also all i see is your fellow GM buddies saying blower is too small. Guess youre the only one with a big brain in here.

Btw, size of brain has nothing to do with how smart you are. If i had to guess id say you have a huge head which is filled with a brain, yet youre as dumb and dense as a rock

50* outside... we only ran once. I dont dare play into heatsoak lol. Bottom line... if you want to compare anything... compare 60-130 times. Not traps. Too many variables at the track. I did 60-130 in 8.2 seconds. That was starting in third gear as well. Fastest Ive seen out of a stock 13+ gt500 that was legit was 7.8. And they have a decent advantage 60-130 due to being able to only need 2 gears to do it and being in their power band the entire time. From 60-75mph... I should be in second. Not to mention I only made a few pulls. People who have vboxes and compete with them are using it every day to try and trump their previous times. I did 6.7 60-120 on that 8.2 pull. I also had a 6.5 60-120 but let out before 130. Also, Kdanner (traps 126-128) does 60-130 in 8.5 seconds. His car is just 100% drag strip efficient. Mine isnt even close.

sigh.

lets get back on topic, little buddy.

i'll ask you again, why did dodge use a 392 to make 470 hp instead of a 500 cubic inch engine?

Hey you leave the 392 out of this. It gives the ZL1 fits with just a tune all while doing it NA

Screw the 392. The real question is how will they engineer the Hell Cat. Its coming with a TVS. Now lets see if they follow Ford or GM's method. Im hoping Ford. 2.3 with forged internals.

How is there to many variables at the track? As long as the time/mph don't lie it should accurately display your cars performance. Are you ...or I for that matter gonna be comparable to a person/car souly set-up for drag racing?? probably not. But you will still see your cars performance.

Yeah.. I have considered moving down to 3.55's in my car from the 3.73's. On the highway, I am needing to shift into 5th gear @ about 135. Not great for 40-140 highway pulls. This is on 28.5" tall 305/35-20 555r's

It won't matter because the car that will carry the Hellcat motor will weigh 6780lbs in usual Chrysler fashion.

Lmao even at that weight im willing to bet it will be faster in the 1/4 than the ZL1 is. Which isnt saying much. Id even like to see a mix of the two. Go ahead and give it a small 1.9 but at least give it forged internals to give some peace of mind and something the customers can improve upon. As long as they dont give it a 2.3 with glass pistons. That would be a major fail. I have faith they will do it right for this "premium" engine. Hell the Viper doesnt even have a power adder and they gave it forged pistons.

Are you failing to realize the ZL1 is ******* 4200lbs itself, give or take.

Ive read that they cut some weight in the upcoming challenger BUT with the added weight from the supercharger its null.

If they can put out something around 620-640hp and gain NO weight id say its a win. Wont be as fast as a GT500 but enough to make it interesting and still slap the ZL1 down the drag strip or highway. Again that kinda puppy kicking tho with cars of that caliber.

Ya mother. See how childish that was. I was just getting down on your level, sorry. Id never seriously call a courtesan a retard. They're pretty clever actually. Now care to give me a mature response on why you feel what i said was retarded? Or was it just me saying beating a 5th Gen is puppy kicking? Is that what has your panties in a bunch you big ***** cat?

Or are you not capable of giving reasons for the ways you feel due to lack of IQ from spending too much time with your 3rd world country amigos? Lol
