It's just another channel in a long line of 'hip hop' themed 'racing' channels.
Typically they're filmed by someone who thinks these type of clown cars are cool. Aimed at people who think these clown cars are cool.
The GTR just had to hit the gas, and the Evo 'driver' couldn't drive his way out of a wet paper bag.
The video just serves as a reminder that car enthusiasm as a whole is on a sharp decline. Even people who put up the money to build expensive cars are clearly still morons. Probably drug money.
