Default My runs against 10 sec Grand Sport and a stock coyote

This Grand Sport was trapping 134 but said he normally traps 139.
30 mile cruise along with back to back to back passes takes a toll on the cars.

1st pass - I got the jump

2nd pass - He left first

3rd pass - Some cars dropped out so I was no longer paired against the vette. Instead, I got to pick on a stock 5.0 coyote.

Must have been a V6... a stock 5.0 should have been door to door with you.

On a serious note... damn nice videos man!! some weight reduction would help you out a ton... is this still a full interior car? I know a cage and stuff adds weight but I was surprised to see a 36xxlb race weight.

Car friggin moves. Nice man. Hows the TH400 with the 3.75's driving on the street or highway? Not from a dd perspective but from a weekend/nice weather car.

Thanks guys.

No, I'm not 300 lbs. lol I'm 170. I put the car on the scales since they were open at NMCA. Raceweight is 3625 lbs. It's pretty much full interior. It has radio and a/c with back seats out. Front seats have been changed to some Summit racing seats that accommodate 5 point harnesses but they barely saved any weight over the stock ones. Maybe a couple pounds due to the electronics/motor that was under the seat. It does have a BMR K-member but she still weighs 3625

Drives great to be honest. Runs a little bit of rpm when driving on the highway but not bad at all. It drives better than my big/loose stalled 4L60e and 3.42s I had. Although, OD was nice when on the interstate.

Right on man, I'm deciding on rebuilding my t56, when the time comes, or just going with a th400 when I cam it. Turbo will be after cam.

I'm surprised you held off the Vette...especially with a 134 trap speed! Nice job!

There is another video of this car here on the forums of it beating an 03 Cobra at the track that traps 140-141. This car just works really well and is always consistent. It is funny to watch it beat cars that it really shouldn't at the track.

Cobra starts pulling hard on the top end.... 141 mph traps, but not enough to drive around the ole bird.
