That was not a cobra body as stated. That was a 2v body with one of a couple diff combinations. It either had an Eaton blower swap, a complete cobra swap(engine, eaton, trans), a saleen or roush blower, or a Kenne Bell. That sounded like a twin screw to me. The eatons are a lot louder than KBs. Chances are that was a Gen I or Gen II KB 2v.

the GT was an actual Cobra swap, with a KB on top. had a 15 minute conversation with the guy. Real nice older gentlemen.

Figured it was a KB. Pulled really strong to be a 2v too. Despite conventional wisdom KB mustangs pull just as hard up top if not harder. Especially if its a Gen II compressor. A very large majority of the time if a KB mustang beats an LSx - its by coming back on the top end. When you look at dyno charts there is no wondering why.
