Am I missing something? I don't understand how without missing a gear how one car can destroy the other and then totally swap the next race with nothing changed. Gearing and what mph can change the outcome but not like that.

yup, but his turbos are gonna blow very soon, he is running 23psi on them there, and they are still basically modified stock ones

Sounded like the C6 should have started in a lower gear.

depending on what rpm they started at he may have had to start a tad out of his peak tq, not sure what the sweet spot is on that car, but they do have long gearing

yeh the 135 in this vid is at the shop now with a cam ledge bearing failure... broke shortly after these runs... the limp mode in the vid was probably picking up miss fires from the worn cam ledge letting the cam move around

limp mode is probably because it has a junk piggyback.

i'm almost positive it was miss fireing from the worn our cam ledge since its in the shop now having that repaired... the guy has over 20k in mods in that car and its always breaking... same issue with the vette owner's previous 335... last night was out with some buds and a different guy i know with a 135i was trying to run a cammed cts-v and couldnt get a clean run due to missfireing on cylinder 4... 135is and 335is are crap
