If the car can't 60 foot, then what is the point of having all that power? It's going to get walked all over by cars that can put the power to the ground. If your car gets down the track in 11.1 seconds at 130 MPH, and mine gets down the track in 10.8 seconds at 125mph... Who won the race?
you see here's the problem all of you are over looking. We're talking about street racing.......no prep, sometimes random encounter, inconsistent surface street racing, pulling off from a stop light beside a guy and slowly rolling into it eliminates your 60' theory. Hell alot of guys and even myself have different sets of wheels and our tires they drive around on. You have no idea which car will 60 better in those situations. But you know that the one with more mph will more than likely pull..........but then again........ It's a street race that could be cut short. We've all been in those.

All I see is whining and putting up stipulations so that cars MIGHT be slower than you. So because you can't drive, don't run a certain way, and someone does, their car is disqualified. Hell, apparently now if a car breaks once it is disqualified. By your own logic, you're out of the drag racing game. Scrap that pile and move on. But considering his has out MPH'd you by a bunch and been like two seconds faster, I'd say he'd still hand your non driving *** a big old L. And his Cobro DD would whoop up on your racecar too, street or track likely, which is just sad considering it has far fewer modifications done to it.

If a car can run 10.9 @ 1mph... it's not so much concerned about track prep... it's so damned fast you never had a chance in your 11 second car @ any mph and it was merely a matter of making you look as track educated as you are... not enough to mention. Now we know why HoHo's car doesn't run well.

Hio, how do you figure that a car that doesn't 60' as well on prepped track is going to have an advantage on an uprepped street over a car that 60's better.
If 60' doesn't win street races then how come a car that went .7 and 17 mph faster than me in the 1/8th was only able to get me by half a car this weekend? He had MPH on me big time, he should have fucked me up right?
