Raced A Gallardo Today Finally got in a rematch vs my friend with a Gallardo, this time in my car, not the girlfriend's.
40 roll, we hit it and I start to pull a little once I hit second, he missed third but kept on going, I ran it out to about 140 mph and he was 2-3 cars back.
30 roll, I couldn't hear his honks and I went when he did, resulting in a panic stab at the pedal and massive traction loss... He got about 3 cars on me from spinning first and some of second and I couldn't run him down by the time we let off at 130 or so.
A 50 roll is happening when we meet again, hopefully this weekend... And for the first time ever.... NO VIDS!!!
Also bonus kill, wrecked Fenix from a 50 and a 60 roll.

People were supposed to.... But apparently no one knows how to pull out a phone when cameras aren't available... Bums I tell ya! I recorded two races while driving and shifting, not that hard!

Did you race it in the Trans Am? I could see you beating a stock pre 05 Gallardo as those things are slow but not by anything crazy like 3 cars. Now on the other hand a Superleggera or a higher trim than that, not a chance.

Damn man, you werent kidding: 2005 Gallardo's run 13.3 sec @ 109mph in Motor Trends test. That means it's within touching range of a stock GTO or Fbody, and range fodder for bolton versions. Ouch.

They typically trap in the teens to 120 depending on the year, like Hitman said. This one is an 04. With a clean run by both of us I'm curious of the outcome, I can stretch my legs in 4th to 160 thanks to the 3.23s so I'll be testing that exotic top end next time around.
