Bolt on LS1 vs Bolt on Cobra This was my boy's 1st street race. The guy in the Cobra talks mad smack we have beat him a total of 5 times now( I beat him 3 times and my boy raced him twice this night) but say's he changed his timing and he can beat us now...lol

Yea the Camaro won by about 4 cars. The Mustang is what you heard though the Camaro is kind of quiet. The z28 has headers exhaust some free mods and converter on a drag radial, the Cobra has about the same on a et street with a 4:30 gear and some suspension.
The vid is not real good but wanted to post in anyway we will get some with the go pro and post some on them.

Nice job! I remember back when I had my 98 Z28 and raced my buddy's 01 Cobra. All I had was a K & N filter and FM catback. He had 4.10 gears, tune, and full exhaust. Both were manuals as well. Up till 3rd gear it was really close, but after that I would slowly pull him

Btw stock vs stock goes out the window once the engines have been modded. And its a well known fact the 4.6 can't keep up to the 5.7 ls1... na vs na
