Haha that is realy what it put down ... i know the guy and one of my friends was at the shop when it put 500 down.... on the same dyno i put 490 down on i might add... and btw i put a car on that zo6 in the vid with a full tank 4130lbs race weight and granny shifting... What's that say about dyno numbers? I think the 135i is just about the most buggy inconsistent platform for modding of anything in the car scene

Inconsistent? He consistently fared worse than a similar car making 50whp less.

The Z06 is my car, and it looks like this thread makes mine a dupe. Jeff you forgot to mention when I ran you I had a 250lb passenger and you were solo. All good though

Yeah. They are both pretty pissed and stewing at this point. That's what happens when your ego is tied up in how fast your car is, every loss is like a blow to your manhood. I personally don't really care if I win or lose, sure I like to win but accept defeat with grace and move on and make your **** faster.

Yeh i agree, I'm more worried about my pile of junk drivetrain falling apart then winning, and it takes alot of the fun out of racing for me at the moment... But it definitely puts a smile on your face to see the trash talkers self destruct I should have done the drivetrain mods first before i started doing anything to the motor but hindsight = 20/20 right?

That seems to be a common thread with BMW owners, most of the ones I've met have a hard time accepting when they've been beat. Good kills man!

The n54 engine in the 135/335 is ridiculously inconsistent. Between having to mix fuels, the coils taking a ****, and the stacked tuning I personally don't know one n54 that runs well day after day.

Yup 135i and 335i= fail... i'm wondering how the new m3/4 will fair cuz is it not basically the same motor that just sounds a bit more like loose bowels?

It seems like it's holding up pretty decently. Tune and a little e85 in the tank and it's making 530whp/570tq without a problem. I haven't heard of any problems yet but only time will tell.
