Default POS boss 302 at the track

I hate that I can't drive this car to red line without the transmission bitch slapping you. Got locked out back to back from shifting into 4th at 7800rpm. Pretty clean passes, likely would have been 12 second passes, had I been able to shift into 4th. 13.2 at 93mph.....

Best full pass was a 13.1 at 113mph with a 2.4 60ft

Good news is ryan in his L99 got a 12.9 at 109. L99 built better than a boss. Typical ford right?

Lol damn a 2.4 60ft . My L99 tune and intake only ran a 13.1 @ 111 mph. Get you're clutch problems fixed it would be a day and night difference.

I was babying it off the line, then wheel hopped my teeth out of my head as soon as I hit 2nd gear.

Upper control arm will fix that

I went to an adjustable upper control arm/panhard bar and fixed lower control arms within a month of owning my Shelby.

Never wheel hopped again.

L99 in the auto trans will shift without a problem. You just need to learn how to launch the car and hook.

It's more the clutch than the trans.

My BMR LCA's and LCA brackets eliminated all wheel hop that I was having. Still on the stock UCA and mount.

I've also got relocation LCA brakets and relocation rear sway bar bracket so I can run 15inch wheels.

Best 60ft of 1.48 with slicks.

Turkish clutch strikes again...

You would be wise to change it before having to change the trans...

lower LCA didn't do **** for wheel hop for me. Did feel more planted though the UCA is what fixed the hop for me.

Seen a couple of what looked to be stock Boss's go 12.7 yesterday....d/a was 300ish

But those new Chevy SS's runnin 12.5 @ 115 with baby seats in the back was more impressive. They did have a few mods though.

Is that the sedan you talking about ? I seen one in the 6spd version pretty slick car. Just wish dodge would give you a stick in the charger.

Yep...they were both autos. Honestly as gay as it sounds the autos are the way to go these days.
