Default Local Grudge Racing

Some vids from last night, 1st run was the craziest $2,000.00 race I've ever seen. Race between a procharged Z06 vs a H/C CTS-V all I can say is just because you have the $$$ you can't buy skill it seems. Next Same Z vs an LS3 V3 vette then a TA vs a bolt on 5.0....

Crazy as in the CTSV owner paid a guy to run his car because he was drunk and every race he kept loosing and he wouldn't back down...... Costed him $2,500.00
500 per race 200 for the glue and 300 for the driver.

The driver of the V needs to learn how to feel the car on the road. Probably launched with TC off and decked it. The Vs with the 1.9l make lots of power below the curve and throughout the whole powerband. When put in the right hands they are a very capable RWD car.. I hear there is a silver V on welds in Burleson that likes to take peoples $. Youve probably heard of him.. Horsepower and dynos are for ******* bench racers. It takes putting the power to the ground and making it work when your running from a dig like that on street..

I'm not big on this type of racing that much so I really don't know about the silver V you speak of. I agree with the 1.9L blower I'd rather rock that blower vs a 2300 IMO. To me it doesn't matter how much power any rwd has no 19" drag radial small wall will hook like a 17" with a beefy tire. That's why you'll see more cars with less power winning digg races but not always of corse. While some baby it out the next car can leave at full potential. Like the blown ls3 vette it makes way less then the silver Z06, the most powerful Vette didn't win due to traction, but then you have the people that say oh take it to the highway and let's see what you got there type of comments which make no sense if you agreed to a 1/8 mile dig run. Only V that I have seen lately again that I seen since I don't go out to that area much (I'm from Denton) belongs to some guy name Paolo and that thing dead hooks like holy crap

You aren't the only one brother. Just think of it as built in ballast to make it fair for everybody else, since your cars run so damn well, lol.
