I never put much money into mine ($700 total in mods), but I sure had a lot of fun smoking people that didn't give my Jeep 2 thoughts because it was "just a Jeep". Don't know that I would go as far as the Jeep in the video though as mine was just a family wagon/daily driver. Going fast can be achieved in much cheaper ways imo.

The SRT-8 Jeep is more of a performance platform than an offroading platform. I see plenty of them modded here in Houston. Dude in the neighborhood next to mine has a 426ci stroked SRT-8 Jeep and then his buddy has a D1 Procharged SRT-8 Jeep.
I would definitely mod one of those in terms of performance, they're sick.

Having modded a SUV i think going farther than Bolt ons or just throwing a S/C on it and calling it a day is just too much money for my liking for the return. But I do like fast SUVs other people have put money in and respect it, just not how I'd spend my money tho. I plan on trying to buy my uncles 15 SRT Jeep when he sells it for a hellcat version when it comes out and doing cai/tune/corsa and surprising alot of people
