Hey guys, had some more races this weekend. My car is an 02 Z06, bolt on's and a cam and it makes 436/392. Both races were set up and 50-140 so no need for a story.

The 5.0 is Boss intake, o/r x pipe cat back, tune and auto. Not much of a race. although after the race he said "Oh, you didn't beat me that bad" lol


The AMG i believe is 2006ish, He made 442/566 BEFORE doing headers, cat delete with straight pipes and a smaller upper pulley with a tune. So new numbers are unknown but a good bit more.


AMG was a real good race, i knew i was way down in power and him being auto but me being lighter we wanted to see what happens, he called me out after i beat the mustang. It was fun. He passed me slightly in 4th but i was a nose ahead of him by the top of 4th when he let off. He came right out and said i won, but it was real close. i had the gopro facing forward assuming i was going to lose lol.

Word. People are trying to drive their prices up. A quick look in my area showed them to be around $18,000-20,000. Just a few months ago they were sitting in the $12,000-14,000 range. B

Lol thanks guys, I really only wanted to race because I knew the power would be close, him being maybe 15hp less? Depending... and I had a 5.0 before the Z06 so I had to race to see how they compare with similar numbers... Clearly I made the right choice lol

Once he said it wasn't that bad, I just said "yeah it was a good run" and left it at that. I don't really care lol I had the GoPro facing backwards for a reason, didn't think it would be that bad tho. He tried to pull "you had a head start" claiming I was ahead when we started, then when he saw the video that excuse stopped coming out

Thanks guys, the AMG was a great race, if we didn't say we are going to 140, he would of had me. It was real close. But he actually let off and I was at about 130, he just let off when I passed him but I still had a little more left. Good runs regardless I wouldn't even mind if he said he beat me, our cars are neck and neck.

Was that a 5.0 or 3.7 with 2 plug wires unolugged lol. There is no word describing how bad you destroyed him. The E55 surprised me that it kept up and was a drivers race with you claiming the victory.

lol the 5.0 was pretty bad... and the AMG was no surprise to me it makes good power, like i said 442/566 before doing full exhaust and pulley down. The auto kept him right there, and i'm actually surprised i was ahead then in 4th he passed me, but i came back around at the very end. Could go either way if we race again

But after both runs, a handshake and said "good run" so it was a good time. No shame in losing

I've been watching that amg hurt feelings the past month or so with all sorts of cars lol. So it was nice to be able to beat/stay even with him.
