Default 2006 CTS-V and 2011 CTS-V...

This is the only runs I was able to line up with. He and I both one once between 2 runs. I beat him by about .29 first run and then he beat me by about .11 on the win light. ET wise, our first run was a few HUNDREDTHS off, and 2nd run was 2 tenths off. It was probably the closest races of the night.

I called out a Ferrari California, who agreed to race me, and then disappeared from staging lanes, never to be seen again... Guy had a NJ plate that said '7 GEARS'.

[edit]
2011 V is stock 556hp
2006 is all motor h\c 8.8 rear

Sorry. Edited first post.

'06 is LS2 all motor. h\c 8.8 rear.
'11 is stock.

We ran 2 times. This is the shorter version with both runs in... albeit a bit less quality.

Get that tranny replaced more like it. LOL
4l80e or 4l60e is what I'm looking at.

Probably go with a Jakes 4l80e, 3600 stall. Just need to see how I can go about getting this done and when exactly I can go about doing it.

4L60s don't last with less power in a lighter car...don't even bother. 4L80 and 11s FTW!

The guy that built mine lasts believe it or not. He has multiple 4l60e's that run 8's-9's and have stayed together so far.

But I do agree that if they aren't built right, they're junk for sure. Mine was getting ready to lose 2nd gear when he built it and I only had a little over 390rwhp on a 21k mile car.

Lighter carm the 4L60e is probably fine. But the Caddy is heavy and needs a bit tougher trans. 4L80e will be heavy, but it work will well.
