Cammed C5Z vs Cammed Grand sport
Had a good race today with my friend. We raced before when he was stock, i posted that on here and i beat him by 2-3 cars. He just added headers, intake and a cam and made 480/430 on a mustang dyno so we had our rematch. my car made 436/392 also with headers, intake and a cam. 50 roll, both in second gear
I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome for my car considering the power difference and i still cant shift my car fast because of clutch issues (no excuse, he still would of beat me) He had me by 1.5 to 2 cars when i let off around 145

Thanks everybody. I knew I would lose, it was just a matter of how much. His car runs good.
Not sure about the YouTube correcting the shakiness? I'll have to look into that next video, thanks.
And when I bought the car the guy had a plate and no front cover, so until I buy a new stock plate cover, the front end will look ugly lol. I hate it.

Nice car, and run. I had shifting issues with my c5z and I figured that they just sucked. Used a few descet single discs, then switched to a small lightweight twin....HUGE difference. Check and make sure shifter is aligned also. Car runs good.

Thanks, I'm going to get a mantic 9000 twin disc over the winter. Possibly a tick master also. That should solve all my clutch issues. Shifting isn't the problem, it's sticky clutch and bad pedal return.

Well today I ordered a tick master cylinder, my local shop swears that's my issue and I've read a lot of good things about it. So the tick master is first, hopefully that fixes my issues right now and I'll be still shopping around for a new clutch because the car will get a blower over the winter most likely and I need one to hold the power.
I've heard a lot of good things about mantic, is the mantic in particular heavy? Or are you suggesting I just go as light as possible?

If it fixes it then it will be temporary. Idk why erryone points at the hydraulics on these cars. Unless you master is leaking or bypassing fluid there is nothing wrong with it. I've had a oe master on my car for 13yrs now.
