Default fbo coyote vs cammed ta with gears (neither my car)

Thought I'd post this because as to all the controversy and talk about how a stockish ls1 kills a fbo coyote. Again neither are my car but Hell I thought it was a damn good race (the last 2) with 2 badass cars.

Sounds about right to me for a very mild LBO 5.0 vs big cammed ls1 with gears. Coyote top end edged it. Great runs.

Huge cam LS1 couldn't pull a Coyote on the top end? Must be that feminine LS1 power band! LMAO

The lack of maintenance on that LS1 disgusts me. Only way to explain the feminine power band of that coyote coming out on top.

Oh and "but, but, but the only reason the coyote usually wins is gearing." I guess the ta needs 5.88's? More?

Anyone notice the bottle neck LS1 intake?

Funny thing is that a bolt-on LS1 would outrun that specific "cam-only" set up Love these videos, gives the 5.bros hope.

Yeah, I was wondering why he'd do that type of build with that intake too.

Either way it was some good runs and they both sounded pretty good.

Well considering that it is a CAM ONLY setup, then...

Anyways, I think the LS1 did good. HCI LS1s supposably can't even move out of their own way so for a cam only setup to be right with a bolt on bro, that's nice.

Not more mods, just not mis-matched mods.

Best example was that "cam-only" C5 that the Ford 's were using as a punching bag. Wasn't surprised when the cam-only C5 got yanked by a bolt-on C5Z

I ran cam only for a while. Had FRA, cam and valve springs only.

It was slow as ****.

Stock 5.0hs can take them out so this isn't a surprise.
