At a dig it's a different story but from a roll I think these two may be pretty close. Advantage would go to the Camaro IMO if both drivers are equal. This kind of reminds me of the hellcat vs the Shelby. The dig clearly the hellcat is faster but a roll race may go to either or with the hellcat having the advantage. Off subject a little..

First of all, good runs and I give the edge to the boss in this race.
Agree
So much truth that Jesus approves of this msg.
I'm sure that the hero times for the 5.bro are in negative DA too, so that's irrelevant. So Ford had 03/04 blown cobra, 2011-2015 5.0 vs "basically" 93-2010 fbody's with the exception of the 03-04 terminator.
Kind of like saying guys are acting like the 5.0 is light years ahead of the ls1 fbody, but it's not lol
People can say that they didn't have a Camaro for those years so you can't count that. Evidently you can count it, because on all of the forums, the ls1 was the car everyone wanted to try and beat. Don't believe me, pick any car forum and read. A lot of funny stuff being posted lately, I'm just trying to keep it real.
For the record, I think the 6th gen is the better car for performance with what's out right now. But I'd get the 5.0 if I were going to buy one because I honestly think they look better. I can't really get into this new/old car look they have, but Ford and Dodge did the best job imo. Plus the wife's really been pushing to get a new 5.0, that's all I heard last week at the track lol
All cars of all manufacturers have hero runs... People always use the best times to reference any car. Fact is the hero runs for the camaro 6, which is in its infancy are far superior to 5.0 hero runs that's been out for years. Fact is the 2016 camaro is faster and by a considerable margin. There is no debating this. While mustang people will disagree it's true. Compare magazine times, hero times, Joe blow times for both. All of them on average will favor the sexgen.
I've yet to see someone run one in a high negative DA like that... but then again I don't follow it too much. These 16 SS times just seem to be getting posted everywhere since Camaro guys haven't had much to brag about until now so I understand.... but I also couldn't care less about stock times lol.

I'm definitely considering pulling the trigger on something fast very shortly. The 6th gen ss manual is what I'm considering but damn those prices lol. I'm strongly weighing on a 13/14 gt500 tbh. Just won't have a damn sunroof

I usually say what I've seen or go off facts not usually a youtube video that someone randomly posted. At the same time I don't discredit one just because I prefer the other one better. I personally would much rather own a c6 vette over a 6gen. That's just me though. The car just came out. I mean you didn't own a 2011 Coyote in 2011 did you?
