Default 2016 Camaro SS m6 vs 2007 GT500

SS has ported TB and GT100 has an X pipe.

07 Gt100s were never really all that impressive out of the box

Ditto, the 07 08 gt100's stock was never a rocket lol. **** i'd win with my stock CzZ lolz. Outcome was pretty expected. Only if gm would drop the price to reality a bit more on the 6th gens.

GT500 is 3900lbs and 500 hp and stock so this looks right. The new SS is quick!

Yeah, the 07 gt100 was just a very awkward year for performance. I've never been impressed by one I've seen at the local track.

It didn't really have any direct competition so there was no need to make it overly impressive. It competed pretty well with a stock ls2 C6 in the straight line for what it was.

Anyone know how those 09' Roush P51B Mustangs ran? I ran into one of those years ago in the Camaro.

No kidding. Both bone stock, didn't the '07 GT100 barely edge out the '03/04 Cobra in a straight line? Terrible performance for a 500hp car.

I expected the '16 SS to walk away from it actually in this here race.

The gt500 was unimpressive till 2013. Not having a direct competitor shouldn't keep a 500+hp car in the high 12s.

I'd walk both of you pansies. Especially nate is his fake premodded car.

And the driver of the Camaro was filming while shifting lol, and still walked the GT100. A8 SS would have walked away hard.

Times varied wildly. Most ran upper 12's@113, but I know they're capable of 11's with a DR. Launching them properly is next to impossible, either blow the tires off or bog. I managed to barely beat one in my 05 GTO on a stupid hot day.

GT500 was pulling back, he needs the driver mod. About as expected, GT500 is unimpressive, SS is unimpressive.

No it wasn't. Watch the last race. The SUPERCHARGED Furd got walked. The GT100 driver wasn't filming while shifting either. Your vagina is IMPRESSIVE.

GT500 driver clearly ate lunch between shifts. Still a slow turd nonetheless.

Sweet excuses, bro. Looked like he shifted fine. Just got beat by a faster car.
