Great race! Agree with the comments about the crazy speed on that road. Personally, I would not have the ***** to do that with on-coming traffic and no divider.
Good close run though and seems like a drivers race to me..

yea after i got rid of my hawk and my lightning i tested the new 11 5.0 and 5th gen camaro, hated the interior of the 5th gen and liked the retro 5.0, plus noticed the 5.0 was snappier and quicker off the line. i went and tested a new 6th gen when it came out and still hate the interior and now the exterior as well but have to give it props its a quick car with mods they should do well. it inspired me to get a ws6 for cheap and build that instead lol, the 15-16 mustang design belongs in the garbage can if you ask me.

The new 6G is a badass car. I test drove a black 8l90 2SS a few times. Loved the interior and the subtle improvements in viability. Headroom was still questionable and I spent the entire time during the test drive trying to find a good driving position with the steering wheel. Just awkward ergonomics. I personally like the looks. The car felt geared very well too so that was a nice change for a GM product. No more needing a gear swap the first day you pick the car up like with the 4th gens.

6th gens are sex! I am considering one (still have not test driven one yet) but would have to be a manual for me. When I bought my 5th gen brand new in 14 I did test drive a 5.0 and knew it was the faster car (stock) but the lack of sunroof and me getting a killer deal on a leftover 13 2ss manual made the choice pretty easy for me. The thing was such a damn dog stock (26 miles on the clock) I immediately took it in for cam swap and fbo, and head porting. It honestly was a beast after that but still nothing to brag home about.
