LS3 C6 vs ZL1

LS3 C6 vs ZL1 Had a friendly run last night with a guy I know.
C6 = cam, boltons 480whp
ZL1 = cam, boltons, upper pulley. Owner thinks it makes around 630whp+
Street tuned, no dyno time yet.
I thought he was going to gap me hard. But I held up better than I thought.
First two runs were in my favor from a 50 roll.
Last Run was from a 40mph roll in his favor. He dropped it into 1st gear and I stayed in 2nd.
Good runs, will hook up with him again soon for re runs.

Yes sir I noticed that as well, didn't want to throw it into 5th so I let off.
Same here as well. I figured he would've pulled. Raced a CTSV with similar mods and the V nosed out on me. I thought the camaro would do the same.

He should be very close to 640 ish rwhp. My v wagon had a blower cam, upper and lower pulleys, headers, exhaust, and made 672 to the rear. They both have the same engines so if he's cammed with headers and upper pulley 630-640 is where he stands.

A cam only C6 is easily a 125+ trap car.
Id say ZL1 was runing pretty decent. Good runs.
I noticed how you stole the hit on the first race and the ZL1 guy made sure to return the favor. Lol..
