12.6@111 pretty good for a FBO 5G

The 5G needs the 3300lb raceweight like the FBO ls1 car

That car leaves good. What did both cars end up running?

I am going to get my car back on the dyno in 2 weeks with a diffrent size tire. I am then going to take the info and have my trans guy calculate a new stall speed. If it's too far off my 3600 stall I have now, I will sell you my converter cheep if you want. Maby 9k on it.

No one believed it but my 2010 SS when it was FBO at 435 rwhp beat my buddies mild h/c 2000 SS from a highway roll twice. Both 6 speed. He thought the tune needed adjusting but it was running like it always did.

I made a thread about it back in the day. One could search my name and find it. He even replied in the thread.

After I was g6x3 cam and tsp aftermarket casting heads I lost by a nose to a very aggressive heads cam 4th gen 3 times. He was running 110 and it was a track car. We raced from 40 to nearly 170. I would have passed him eventually but it was taking all day. He'd jump me a car every time from 40 and by nearly 170 we were almost even every time. I was gonna bet money I was so sure of victory. Glad I didn't. It's crazy how different various builds can run.

Idk about that. The ls1 beat the 5br0 to. So likely the 5br0 he ran and the 5gen would be a drivers race.

11.83 @ 113mph, not bad for a raggedy bolt-on catfish.

11's for a bolt-on stalled f-body should be the norm... but we also live in a country that elected Obama not once but twice.
