Default First gen 2006 CTS-V vs LS2 6.0 Cammed GTO

Cammed GTO - Mid 400whp range, bolt ons, gears
CTS-V - All peasant modifications that lead to depression of not owning a V2. LOLOL

Video here:

Story here:
Went out to buy GoPro Hero 3+ from friend for $100. I met him around car show but it was dead. We went to eat and then we were splitting off. So I told him I'd roll in his direction for a bit and then take other highway home. So while playing around with his 2011 Maxima I see silver GTO cutting thru and moving. So I hit it, stop his pull, pull a bit and then let off. So I signal out my window for him to get beside me. And he gets beside me and he's like 'that thing is bad ***' and once I hear that, I realize I had met this guy before at a meet.

Roll races ensue after that, right up until the damn gopro smacks the side of the car. There was more races, but none on video, obviously so no reason to talk on em. 30mph, which is no bueno zone and then a 20mph run so I could spin a bit more. LOL

Cliffnotes:
-Went to buy GoPro
-Took scenic route home
-Ran into car I recognized
-Raced
-Won and went home

Damn, man. Quick CTSV you have. My buddy has a cammed, bolt-on, stalled 6.0 LS2 and it is no slouch. You are H/C correct?

LOL... H/C/Gears/100 shot
I put about 4 on a 2012 GTR... Had vid up here not too long ago. Car feels like it should be in the mid-upper 120 range I would think. I'd think between 124-127.

If I could ask, what Nitrous kit did you go with? Do you use a window switch also?
I would like to go with nitrous but I am hesitant for fear of nitrous backfire.

Nitrous Outlet. Car is currently set up with a progressive setup. If you deal with instagram, catch me on there and I'll snap pics of everything including how I have it set for ya Mach.

Thanks for the info, man. Appreciate it. Seeing your car run like that gives me some incentive.

LOL nah. If I'm going to run a car I've never run before... I'm going to run him on kill before I decide to take it easy on him. Especially on a random encounter like this.

Because if I lose all motor, and he decides he doesn't want to run anymore... Now its 'that black cadillac is slow. i killed him'... nty. He can take a few L's before I handicap the car down to give him a solid run motor to motor. Run what you brung.
