Tnt night at one of the local strips. Weather was hot and humid, DA of 3300. Older guy in his early 60's said his car had 700hp and was Roush charged and wanted to run. I obliged. He was on on street tires and was running consistent 11.9's at 120. Second vid is in car view

My best for the night was 11.4 at 122. The track sucked, I didn't see them prep it once.

My bolt on Br0 was sketchy on the street tires. I can only imagine adding a supercharger to the mix.

Yea I agree. Maybe the older fella wasn't in it all the way, who knows. While we sat in the staging lanes he made sure to tell me "that he hasn't lost to a camaro yet". So I didn't feel bad about laying the smack down

I haven't weighed it man. Its a hard top car with out the spare/jack, AIR, and I am running some 15x3.5 drag stars up front

He must be talking about crank hp if he really meant 700. No way a 700hp car is only trapping 120. Unless he let off at the 1000' mark.

I ran a pulley/Tune Roush s197 2 years ago. It ran hard and actually had 700 rwhp. lol Biggest difference is that he was on a tire.

Thanks man. It is fun for sure. Waiting until the Fall to get back to the track and give the newish trans/clutch setup a try in some decent air. The last track outing was promising other than the crappy air.
