The a10 has slightly more aggressive gearing and shifts faster. An sc only a8 6g weighs 38xx. I believe the a10 zl1 is 39xx. Should be comparable.
They should break 10s with a tire for sure. Stock tire gonna be tough but may happen we'll see.
If you believe the 10.3-10.5 hero runs for the a8 zo6 at 35xx pounds it should add up to high tens also.
Pretty much looks like a dead heat with a hellcat but just bench racing right now.

Aren't fi cars less susceptible to DA than na as well ? Low 11s should be pretty common with traction. GM rates them at 11.4 and they weren't lying with the ss at 12.3. They will do that all day with traction in average DA. Using that delta as well puts the zl1 very close to tens stock and easy 10s with a tire looking at private owner ss times. They are rated .9 faster than ss by GM.

Well yeah it's not going to run 10s mid summer. Neither will the hellcat or any other car for comparison in the range. this 6g ran 10.6 129 same track and day as hellcat 10.8 128.

Plans wise, unsure. I want to go turbo, but am curious about what the 2018 GTs have in store. I also want a garage in the back yard with a lift, so have debated getting that dine before big mods on the car. I just need more meth labs to finance it all

That's the only time I've tested the 1/4 with the timer. I've done several 0-60 tests and I've only ever hit 4.0 stock tires. I hit 3.8 the one time I tried it with my drag pack. It nearly dead hooked. It may have a 3.6-7 in it at the strip with a dead hook as a guess.
Some stock manual guys have claimed and shown as low as 3.7 0-60. But they are banging 2nd getting wheelspin and tripping the timer early. It's obvious when you watch.
