Default 2000 Camaro SS M6 vs 2002 Corvette M6

My Camaro has Lts and ls6 intake. Just finished the t56 swap today and went out to romp.
Corvette has catback and zip tie mod
we ran before I got this vid taken. I beat this Vette 3 times so he made me take the passenger so he could beat me.

This is the best vid. Enjoy!

I agree. Banging gears is fun but you can't beat a auto for the track

Nice run, Mapps! Manual Trans definitely is fun to drive but for the track, the auto is the way to go.

I wonder how the trans change will affect your 60ft/ET/TRAP?

I would say not much. I was running 2.1 60' with high 12s for the last year with stock stall. I honestly should pick up quite a bit now. Car is much faster than before man.

Not sure if you run a good DR at the track but you will have to get your car off the line now which could mean feathering the clutch. To much clutch and you spin, to little and you bog. Much more involved with a manual than an auto. Small change in the 60ft make a noticeable difference at the other end.

Right now I don't really care. I just want to get my truck in better shape before I rip on this car at the track. Can't play if you don't have anything to fall back on.

Nope :] I love my car. I don't need a number down the track to be happy with my car. I know for a fact I need an MGW. This ripper shifter is not half the MGW.
