Maybe missing out on 2k wasn't such a bad thing. I personally know of 2 people that were arrested who weren't even racing. 17 was hotter (cop wise) than any other year thus far. They were not fu**ing around.

I ran up and down 99/610/beltway without any issues from cops, of course we weren't out looking for runs till about 12/1am
