Raced a Cocky 2005 Mustang GT I pull into the gas station and there's a yellow 2005 Mustang GT sittin there gettin gas as well. He's by himself and i got 2 friends in my car. I say "hey nice car" to him and he looks at me funny and says "what you think yours is faster?" At this point im thinking what an ***, so i say "yeah just a lil." He laughs 
some more and i say "wanna run em?" and he takes the challenge. so we go from a 50mph roll on the freeway. You guys probably already know the outcome. I had about 2 - 3 car lenths on him by 110. There ain't nothin better than puttin a cocky car owner to shame 
. It's too bad i didn't have the video camera so i coulda taped him being a complete ignorant ******* at the gas station.

I can't stand when that happens. You're trying to make civil conversation, and a compliment no less! but you get shot down by someone trying to be a badass. Good job taking his head out of his own ***.

What do these people think, that the new GT is FAST! LOL Its an underpowered, ugly PIG! I hate the new design. What is wrong with ford, why they are trying to resurrect an old design that had its time. You didnt see Chevy designing the C6 to look like a C3??
I was never impressed with ford motors. They just cannot build a fast N/A motor. The 2000 Cobra R was there best try and the 01 Z06 still tosted it and for less money. I said it once and ill say it again Mustangs are nothing with out a S/C!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually the front quarter fenders (esp. on new Z06) are very reminiscent of a C3's flares. I LOVE those flares.
