I highly doubt it. That's an aggressive H/C setup. He should be making close to 500rwhp. Lighter, more power....
Man that Vette had some traction issues from the sound of it. Pretty sick.

The Vette was the one banging the limiter....
btw- That Snake isn't slow, the Vette was just faster. I'm sure there are Cobras out there that would hand that Vette a beatdown but not this time.

The guy in the vette must not know his car too well. I would think you would be able to tell when your losing traction not to stay full throttle in the gas. That's just me I guess.
