Default Got killed

I got killed by an 04' EVO with a reprogrammed cpu. and some other little ****. We went from about 40 to 90-95 he put about 2 or 3 cars on me in that time. I ran 13.2 all i have is a lid, and i was running an open y-pipe at the time. This sound about right? (how bad he murderd me)

No kidding, not exactly an apples-to-apples comparison (Fred's car and yours).

He got the hit just by a little bit, i started in 2nd. I am pretty sure that 2nd gear is prime for that speed. I lost traction breefly due to my bald G-force TA's. I think there was more done to that EVO then i was told

Here's a link to an Evo timeslip data base. As you'll see, it doesn't take a whole lot to get the Evo into the low-12's. They're not quite as slow as some people make them out to be.

quarter times don't mean anything if they ran from a roll. Considering he's trapping 107mph, that's a good running street Evo.

I could buy a bone stock LT1 for ~$3500 and be running 13.2s for only a grand more. Let's not stoop to the ricer level and argue price now.

Yeah, because those in the SRT-4 community never make excuses.

There are a lot of rice-minded enthusiasts around. Every scene has them, some just have more of them than others.

Yea, racing AWD cars from a dig gives you a better chance

Are you kidding man? Evos, STIs, WRXes are definitely not topend monsters due to their drivetrain robbing so much power from their motors. Saying that you'd have a better chance at beating that Evo from a dig than a roll is about the worst possible advice you could give. Unless youre running sticky tires you'll get ripped out of the hole and be forced to play catchup which is NOT a good position to be in in a street race.
